The NMU lead partners Alfred Baird and Gordon Wilmsmeier attended the ESPO 2009 Conference in Marseilles, France, May 14-15.
In their presentation Baird and Wilmsmeier flagged up education and human resource development as an important opportunity to respond to the economic crisis.
