NSB – one more NMU stakeholder

The shipping company NSB is the latest member of the NMU stakeholder group. Actually there are 20 maritime companies and organisations participating in developing the NMU modules.
Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (REEDEREI NSB), Germany, presents itself as one of the leading shipping companies worldwide. The range of services reaches from ship management of container ships and tankers to supervision of ship new buildings throughout the world.
The company carries on his own NSBacademy. Specifically captains and officers are being instructed in regular intervals at the training facility. The technological high light of the NSBacademy is an ultramodern ship navigation simulator, equipped with identical ship navigation consoles as used aboard NSB ships.
